Conditions

1. Payment terms
Payment of the rental price (agreed fee including the respective statutory VAT) is to be made - unless otherwise agreed - immediately after receipt of the invoice, without deduction, in cash by transfer or by credit card / EC card.

2. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure or other impairment through no fault of our own, we are released from our obligation to perform without any liability for damages. Cases of force majeure also include operational disruptions through no fault of our own.

3. Cancellation
Unless otherwise agreed, reservations can be canceled by the customer free of charge at any time three days prior to arrival until 12:00 noon local time, without giving reasons. We ask for your understanding that we will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the room rate in the event of late cancellations or changes (no-show will be charged 100%). For trade fairs, exhibitions or major events, an extended cancellation period of two weeks prior to arrival until 12:00 p.m. local time applies.

4. Place of performance, place of jurisdiction
The place of performance for all payments is Nuremberg. In relation to registered traders, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Nuremberg. The relationships between the customer and us are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany; this applies to all contractual, extra-contractual and non-contractual claims, as far as mandatory national or international law does not conflict.

5. No smoking
In the event of non-smoker protection being violated, a flat-rate cleaning fee of € 200 will be charged.
